Development of Sport Psychological Recovery Scale (SPRS)

چکیده
Bu çalışmanın amacı, sporcuların antrenman ya da müsabaka sonrasındaki psikolojik toparlanma durumlarının belirlenmesi için Sporda Psikolojik Toparlanma Ölçeği’nin (SPTÖ) geliştirilmesidir. Ölçeğin katılımcı grubunu yaşları 16-48 (Xyaş=19,41; ±4,35) aralığında olan 177’si kadın, 331’i erkek toplam 508 sporcu oluşturmaktadır. Verilerin yapı geçerliklerini test etmek AFA ve DFA; yakınsak ıraksak ise CR, AVE, MSV ASV değerleri ile Pearson Korelasyon analiz kullanılmıştır. Güvenirliklerini Cronbach Alfa CR incelenmiştir. sonuçlarında açıklanan varyans oranı %69,88 şeklindedir. DFA sonuçları incelendiğinde elde edilen uyum indekslerinin iyi gösterdiği; güvenirlik değerlerine bakıldığında alt boyutların iç tutarlık katsayılarının Zihinsel 0,81; Canlılık enerji 0,94; kopma 0,83 İyiye dönüş 0,93 olduğu görülmüştür. tüm boyutlarının geçerlik değerlerini desteklediği belirlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak 20 madde toparlanma, enerji, kopma, şeklinde dört boyuttan oluşan Ölçeği geliştirilmiştir.
